I'm a certified mindfulness practitioner with training in expressive arts therapy from Fortis. My practice in the field of counselling involves Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychotherapy, Gestalt Therapy & Person-Centred Therapy ( Rogerian Psychotherapy).
I believe that therapy is a space where both therapist and client go together on a journey of exploring and accepting.
My idea of therapy is eclectic, where I explore life and living as a whole being rather than just cure and diagnosis.
